Transforming Dairy Market Intelligence with a Centralized Milk Production & Pricing Dashboard

IDRN was managing large volumes of dairy-related data using Excel spreadsheets collected from multiple districts. The process was manual, time-consuming, and difficult to analyze at scale. Generating monthly reports, comparing milk prices, monitoring feed costs, and identifying market trends required extensive spreadsheet work and manual calculations. The organization needed a centralized system that could: Import and manage large datasets efficiently Track milk and feed prices across districts Generate visual reports and trend analysis Filter data by district and reporting period Replace fragmented Excel workflows with a scalable web platform

A custom web-based analytics platform was designed and developed using Django. The system architecture focused on scalability, structured data management, and interactive reporting capabilities.
