Data Deletion — Anonymous Chat: Stranger Connect
You do not need to have the app installed to request deletion of your account and data. Because accounts are anonymous (no login, no email tied to your account), we cannot look up your account by name — see below for what to include in your request.
How to request deletion
Because there is no username, email, or phone number attached to your account, we can only locate it using details you provide from inside the app at the time you request deletion — for example, your in-app nickname together with the approximate date/time you last used the app, or (most reliably) a screenshot of your Settings/profile screen if the app shows an account identifier there. We will confirm by email once your account and its associated data have been deleted, and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted

This is the one exception required by law even after a full account-deletion request. |
Uninstalling the app
Uninstalling the app (or clearing its storage) ends your local session immediately, but does not by itself delete your account or data from our servers — submit a deletion request as described above to remove that data.
In-app deletion
A self-service "Delete account" option inside the app's settings is planned; until it ships, the email process above is the supported way to request deletion, and is honored on the same terms.
