User Safety Policy
1. Not medical advice
2. AI limitations
- Health scores, verdicts, coach answers, and photo-based nutrition estimates are AI-generated and can be wrong, incomplete or outdated.
- Nutrition values for scanned products come from public databases, printed labels, or AI estimation; actual products may differ (recipes change, labels vary by region).
- Each analysis includes a confidence indicator — treat low-confidence results with extra caution.
3. Allergy warnings — read carefully
The app flags foods that appear to match your declared allergies and excludes matching recipes from meal plans. These safeguards are best-effort, not a guarantee:
- Ingredient data may be missing, wrong, or incomplete ("may contain" risks are not always detectable).
- Always read the physical product label and verify ingredients yourself before eating anything if you have a food allergy.
- If you have a severe allergy, do not rely on this app as your safety mechanism.
4. Calorie targets and weight goals
Suggested calorie targets are computed with standard formulas (Mifflin–St Jeor) and are estimates. Do not set extreme calorie deficits or weight-loss paces. The app is not suitable as a treatment tool for eating disorders. If you are pregnant, under 18, or have a medical condition, agree on targets with your doctor.
5. Respectful and lawful use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users' data or probe the app's security
- Use the app to generate harmful, misleading or unlawful content
- Automate, scrape, or resell the AI analysis service
6. Third-party purchases
"Buy Now" and "Order All" open external seller websites (e.g. Chaldal, Daraz). We do not process payments, fulfil orders, or take responsibility for third-party products, prices or delivery.
7. Reporting problems
If you encounter an incorrect allergy assessment, a safety-relevant bug, or any content that seems harmful, email rxalphatech@gmail.com — safety reports are prioritized.
